He is survived by: his wife Terisa Franks; his children, Dustin Franks and Mandy O'Brian (Shawn); his stepdaughters, Casey Blake (Thad) and Haley Payne (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Blane Hall (Emily) and Millie Franks; his stepgranddaughter Leah Payne; his great grandchild Lorelei Hall; and his siblings, Phyllis Franks (Gus), Wayne Franks (Mickey), Ray Franks (Judy), Johnny Franks (Janice) and Paul Franks (Julie).
