He was predeceased by: his parents, Amon McDaniel and Mary McDaniel; his wife Gaylia "Gail" McDaniel; and his grandson Tyler Blake Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Dina Hawkins (Mark) and Jeff McDaniel; his grandson Zachary Hawkins (Carmen); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Leigh Hawkins and Henry Blake Hawkins.
