He was predeceased by: his mother Georgia Ann Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Shawna Davis (Shawn), Shane Smalley (Heather), Robyn Pointer (Steve) and Dustin Smalley (Tarlay); his father Houston Smalley (Linda); and his siblings, Johnny Smalley (Sherry), Dorothy McDowell (David), Pamela Smalley, Brandi Smalley, Robert Jenkins and Kenny Jenkins. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
