He was predeceased by: his son Robert (Helen); his parents, Gwen Russell and Roy Russell; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his significant other Helen; his sons, Tony Russell (Cathy) and Ryan Russell (Lacey); his sisters, Norma Kennedy (Nick) and Debra Makaryshyn (Carl); and his sisters-in-law, Janine Taylor (Tom), Johnnie DesRochers, Susan McKenzie (Jack) and Linda Guay. He is also survived by 8 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and 2 great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Heart and Stroke foundation or the Canadian Red Cross.
