He is survived by: his daughters, Sophie and Emily; his wife Nicole; his mother Wendy (Mike); his sister Stephanie (Garrett); his parents-in-law, Brad, Charlene (Rob), Amanda and Colton; and his nieces and nephews, Jack, Aria, Abigail and Benjamin. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
