He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Parker and Betty Parker; his stepmother Bobbie Parker; his grandparents, Walter and Edith Parker; his sister Libbie Plott; his wife Vanarah Sue Parker of Clayton, Alabama.; and his son Dennis Allen Parker.
He is survived by: his son Chris Parker (Andi); his grandchildren, Kayla Haygood (Jake), Kori Calhoun (Thomas), Jacob Wipperman (Ana Catherine) and Campbell Parker; his great grandchildren, Caden Haygood, Karoline Calhoun, Bradyn Wordlaw, Marilyn Calhoun, Alice Calhoun, Harley Calhoun and Connor Haygood; his half-sister Sherry Nixon; his cousin Marcia Dennison; and his nephew Tommy Plott. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
