He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Hyde; his son-in-law Tim Hyde; his siblings, David, Daryl Howton, Jenifer Swern, Debra Manuel, Betty Gray and Bobbie Joe Johnson; his grandsons, Wade and Jeremy Hyde; and his great grandchildren, Anna Bella Alberts, Emerson Hyde and Grant Hyde.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Alzheimer's Research.
