He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Duke and Gladys Odom Duke of Cullman, Alabama.; his wife Francis Carolyn Duke; his son Randy Duke; and his grandson Blake Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Burgess, Tim Duke (Vanessa) and Kerry Richardson (Tim); and his siblings, Dora Jean Parker and Hugh Duke. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
