He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Shoemaker and Morgan Pettus Campbell. He is survived by: his son-in-law John Lentine; his wife Sara Campbell; his daughter Andrea Lentine (John); his grandchildren, Jennifer Leigh and John Campbell Lentine; and his sister Judith Williams (Craven).

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
