She is survived by : her husband Jim Fulton; her children, Lee Fulton, Lonnie Fulton, Candice F. Moore (Jayson) and Mindy Seeboth (James); and her siblings, Odell Caputo (Deb), Robbie Caputo, Michael Caputo (Judy) and Sheila Robinson. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Talladega School for the Deaf and Blind in Mrs. Fulton's memory.
