He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Chafin; his children, Mikal Chafin and Brian Chafin (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jessica Adwell (Chris), Mackenzie Greene (Colton) and Brody Chafin; his great grandchildren, Levi Adwell and Emersyn Adwell; and his brothers, Michael Chafin (Brenda) and Larry Chafin (Linda).
