She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Maxwell; and her parents, Wherry Z. Allen and Katie Mae Ellison Allen. She is survived by: her children, Amy Heartsill (Keith), Cindy Miller (Derek), Beverly Davis (John) and Darin Maxwell (Peggy); and her grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Ryan Miller, Allen Miller, Angela Johnston, Joshua Heartsill, Jennifer McMorris, Eric Davis, Kelly Holl, Katie Vokus, Michael Davis, Laura Maxwell, Marcus Maxwell, Katie Kidwell, Chris Kidwell and Lissa Maxwell. She is also survived by her 18 great-grandchildren.
