It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Earl Goodwin of Alabaster, Alabama, born in Shelby, Alabama, who passed away on June 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Goodwin; her parents, Rev. Quinton B. Lee and Ethel W. Lee; her brother Q. B. Lee, Jr. of Greensboro; her sister-in-law Martha Lee of Greensboro; and her nephew Michael Trucks (Kathy) of Crane Hill, Alabama..

She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Contorno of Calera and Renee Austin of Hueytown, Alabama; her sister-in-law Ann Trucks (Jerry) of Crane Hill; her grandchildren, Jacob Contorno (Angela), Shea Austin and Zachary Austin; her nieces and nephews, Jean Elder (John) of High Point, Becky Freeman (Jeff), Kristie Burrow (Ron) of Crane Hill, Phillip Lee of Greensboro and Timothy Lee (Michelle) of Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Brooks Contorno and Lily Ann Contorno.
