He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo Mills; his granddaughter Rebecca Mills; his brother Jack Mills; his children, David Mills (Kathy), Robert Mills (Carman), Linda Ashcroft (Elton), Kathy Bullock (Jay), Steven Mills (Barbara) and Michael Mills (Emily); and his grandchildren, Melissa, Kristy, Jason, Jackson, Amy, Tammy, Shelby and Reagan. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
