He is survived by: his wife Jean Holmes O'Quinn; his daughter Casey O'Quinn Parten (Mark); his sister Patricia Ford (Chris); his siblings-in-law, Denise Wolf and Revis Guy; his great-nephew Bill; and his parents, Sylvester O'Quinn and Frances O'Quinn. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the UAB Department of Emergency Medicine to aid needy patients and families, or to donate to their favorite charity in memory of Bill and the legacy he leaves.
