She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Phares Mills (Keith) and Henrietta Phares Redd (Billy); her grandchildren, Miranda Key Parton (Homer), Phares Lloyd Redd and Reba Elizabeth Redd; her great grandchildren, Amelia Parton and Wyatt Parton; her sisters, Nelda Payne Cotton and Carol Payne Robinson (Larry); and her daughter Barbara Redd Peak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
