He is survived by: his wife Alison Stokes Rushing; his children, Heather Marie Rushing and Daniel Heath Rushing (Toby); his grandson Reece Hewett Rushing; his sister Debra Osmer (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Tingle (Chasity) and Tori Tingle (Will); his stepgreat-grandson Johnathan Bentley Tingle; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Stokes, John Stokes (Connie) and Stacey Stokes (Ramona). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; aunts; and cousins.
