He is survived by: his wife Amber Simmons; his daughter Kylie; his sister Sandra Ellet (Roger); his nieces, Crystal, Amber, Kellsey and Kirstyn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chasie, Timber, Emmy, Daniel, Kayden and Liam.
