With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mortimore Eugene Gossett (Adger, Alabama), who passed away on December 15, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson D'Wayne Parsons; his great grandchild Slade Boler; and his brother Marvin. He is survived by: his wife Gossett; his daughters, Ann Parsons (Wayne), Judy Hickey (Joel) and Sherry Crider (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Hope (Jamie), Trudy Parsons, Laura Boler (Jonathan), Jonathan Hickey (Amber) and Justin Hickey. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Children's of Alabama, Neuro-Oncology in memory of D'Wayne Parsons or St. Vincent's of Birmingham NICU in memory of Slade Boler.
