He is survived by: his wife Betty Martin Carr; his children, Justin Carr, Matthew Pennington (Nathan), Shasta Haynes and Kimberly Harper (Matthew); his grandchildren, Brayden, Payton, Jackson, Jordan and Jace; and his siblings, Jimmy Carr (Sandra), Koby Ray, Patsy Baswell (Zayne), Teresa Carr and April Carr.
