It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Dan Parsons of Adger, Alabama, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Parsons and Terrell Parsons; and his siblings, Barry, Charles of Bob, R. M., Huette, Davis, Kenneth Parsons, Faye Zimmerman and Florence Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Parsons; his children, Casey Oliver (Ashley), Brandi Wood and Randy Hubbard (Brandi); his grandchildren, Lexi Hubbard (Rob), Aiden Wood, Rylan, Cannon Stocks, Emma and Ryan Hubbard; his siblings, Ted Parsons, Larry Parsons (Rita), Rick Parsons (Melody), Annette Cargile, Lou Drummand, Alice Passanito (Mike) and Dilly; and his brother-in-law Jerry Swindle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that memorials be made to American Cancer Society or Wounded Warriors for Vets.
