He is survived by: his mother Marie Plumley Johnson; his daughter Hannah Lewis of Adger, AL; his wife Nichole Marie Horton Johnson of Adger, AL; his stepsons, Chase Shedd and Noah Shedd of Adger, AL; his siblings, Debbie Sheppard of Beckley, WV and Timmy Johnson of Beckley, WV.; and his half-siblings, Destiny Duty Griffith of Whitewood, VA, Harvey "Eddie" Duty II of Adger, AL, Charles "Adam" Duty of Whitewood, VA and David Duty of Adger, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
