He is survived by: his wife Anna Lou Middlebrooks; his stepsons, Donnie McInish (Kim) and Rodney McInish (Laura); his daughters, Ginger Marshall (Dennis), Kim McInish (Donnie), Marsha Hawk (Roy) and Allison Middlebrooks; his grandchildren, Dwayne McInish, Shannon McInish, Jennifer Webster, Michael Collins, Jeana Robinson, Lindsey, McKenna, Jesse, Stephanie and Christopher; and his siblings, James Donald Middlebrooks and JoAnn Johns. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
