He is survived by: his children, Tim Crumly (Dawn) and Bridgitte Phillips (Craig); his grandchildren, Kayla Young (Caleb), Tori Parsons (Kody), Lauren Smith (Jim), Neal Crumly, Megan Crumly and Michael Phillips (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Vinnie, Sammie Tamburello, Rhett Young, Emma Grace, Charlee, Juniper Smith, Hendryx, Halen, Haze Baswell, Brynleigh and Brystol Phillips; and his friend Maynard Thomas.
