He was predeceased by: his brothers, Shannon Joseph Privett and Gregory Scott Privett; and his grandparents, Espy, Nettie Privett, Numa and Neta LaChance.
He is survived by: his parents, Teddy Leo and Beverly Ann LaChance Privett; his daughter Olivia Grimes (Kaleb); his brothers, Michael Privett (JoAnne) and Phillip Privett (Melisa); his sisters-in-law, Wanda Privett Vest (Charlie) and Pamela Privett; his nephews, Darren Privett, Jeremy Privett, Matthew Privett and Adam Privett (Chelsea); his great-nephews, Brodie Privett, Dawson Privett and Carson Privett; and his great-niece Ellie Quinn Privett.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to ALS Society of Alabama in memory of Timothy.
