She was predeceased by: her husband Hershel Lee Jackson; her parents, Mack Kidd and Gwendolyn Jackson; her aunt Wanda Wiley; and her brother-in-law James Locle Burnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Cleghorn (David), Gail Tucker (Steve) and Melanie Wilhelm (Ron); her siblings, Ronald Kidd (Donna), Carolyn Workman (Robert) and Debra Milam; her sister-in-law Marveline Burnett; her uncle Dencil Compton (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Amanda Black (William), Haley Cleghorn, Nicholas Cleghorn (Tiffany), Andrew Cleghorn (Wendy), Hollie Waid (Patrick), Megan Whitfield (Jake), Christine Williams (Tony) and Steven Jackson Tucker. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
