He is survived by: his children, Monica Hayes Johnson (Bob) and Dusty Hayes (Shelonda); his grandchildren, Jordan Blackerby (Alan), Riley Black, Tucker Hayes, Willow Hayes, Brian Johnson (Jazmine) and Heather Copeland (Cody); and his siblings, Jerry Hayes (Linda), Larry Hayes (Rebecca), Gary Hayes (Joyce), Maxine Rusk and Doris Willingham. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
