He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris Parks Duke; his parents, Etta Sweat Duke and Robert Andrew Duke; and his siblings, Roy Duke, Vennie Duke, Western Duke, Lola Duke Hodge, Robert Duke, Alta Duke Moore, Billie Duke and Ray Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Anders, Cleo Anders and Camilla Millican-Samuelson; his grandchildren, Jarrod Anders and Shanda Anders; his goddaughter Ava Cobb; and his sister Faye Palmer.
The family requests that masks be worn at all times when social distancing is not possible.
