She is survived by: her husband James "Bud" Westmoreland; her children, David Peppers, Brandon Westmoreland (Amber), Nicholas Mashburn (Meredith) and Chasity Westmoreland (Jeremy Pruitt); her daughter-in-law Deloris Peppers; and her brother Harold Ray Young (Denise Hicks).
