She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison Hamrick and Ruby Mae Dickerson Hamrick; her husband Odis Leroy Bishop; her son James Ellis "Hez" Bishop; her grandson Aaron Paul Bishop; her son-in-law Dale Shadix; and her siblings, Othell, Orton, Arnold, Hewitt Hamrick, Obera Knighten, Arrie Vincent, Sheryl and Shelby Hamrick.
She is survived by: her children, Odis Paul Bishop (Karen), Susan Bishop Shadix and Julia Bishop; her daughter-in-law Marion Bishop; her grandchildren, Lori Spain (Royce), Jennifer McCord (Shannon), Michele Hudson (Dean), Josh Bishop, Ashley Dutton (Miles), Leah Lee (Justin), Andrea Phillips (Brian) and Ethan Shadix (Kaytlyn); her sisters, Roxie Allen and Ivanell Harrison; and her sister-in-law Annie Mae Brumley. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
