She is survived by: her children, William Mathew Spain and Beverly Renee Spain; her grandchildren, Destin Nicole Seymore, Dakota Lane Lott and Chance Aaron Lott; and her great grandchildren, Easton Durkin and Leo Gray. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
