With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Denson of Addison, Alabama, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Denson and Ida Mae Denson; and his brother-in-law Elwood Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Freeda Denson; his son Leon Denson (Lisa); his grandchildren, Adam and Amber Denson; his sister Freda Pruitt (Lanier); his niece Tammy Askew; his nephew Timmy Daughdrill (Tiffany); his siblings-in-law, Brenda Allison (William) and Edward Dunn; and his close friends, Rex and Paula Seymore.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home - Addison (32657 US-278, Addison, AL 35540). The lying in state will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (15765 US-278, Cullman, AL 35057). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
