He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Turner and Donnie Carroll; his wife Kathy Rodgers Brannon; his daughter Allison Brannon Tuggle (Shane); his grandsons, Ty Michael Tuggle and David Brannon Tuggle; and his brother Ricky Brannon (Brenda).
