She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Andrews and Venus Andrews; her husband John Carroll; her grandson William Carroll; and her sister Jane England.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Carroll (Angela) and Jennifer Smith (Tim); her granddaughter Amanda Warriner (Wes); her stepgrandchildren, Sawyer Smith and Gavin Smith; and her siblings, Wade Andrew (Debbie) and Margaret Arnold. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
