She is survived by: her children, Charles Spain, Jr. (Judy), James Spain (Sissy) and Patricia Meginniss (Andy); her grandchildren, Frank Spain (Kim), Jimmy Spain, Johnny Spain and Rachel Trombley (Mike); her great grandchildren, Madison, Sydney, Tai, Zack, Zoey and J. J. Willie May; and her sister Wilma Fay.
