She is survived by: her husband Robert Cook; her daughter Tammy Brady; her grandchildren, Amanda Abbott (Jesse), Bridgett Cagle (Michael), Megan Leath (Rusty) and Melissa Spradlin (Nolan); and her sisters, Faye Stone (Sue Allred) and Host. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives.
