He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster Carroll Sr. and Dorothy Carroll; and his sister Patricia Henson (Donald). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cupps Carroll; his sons, Mark Carroll (Samantha), Matthew Carroll and Jason Carroll (Nicole); his siblings, Jim Carroll (Bonnie), Jonathan Carroll (Terri) and Renae Thomas (Bobby); his grandchildren, Kayla, Casey, Amanda, Josh, Justin (Paige), Kelsey (Kai), Morgan, Malorie, Emily and Rylan; and his pets, Lilly and Poker. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
