He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Holmes (Steve), Patti Rosenberg (Michael) and Tammy Purdy (Robert); and his siblings, Brenda, Judy, Sarah, Don and Buddy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
