He is survived by: his wife Sandra Skenandore; his sisters, Donna Latham (Larry), Susan Jeffers and Alice Cole (Bo); his children, Misty Estes (David), Jaime Burgess, Joe Jeffers (Christy) and William Jeffers (Nicole); and the mother of his children Dianne Jeffers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
