She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Nolan Spradlin, Lottie Spradlin, Betty McDonald and James McDonald. She is survived by: her parents, Nolan Spradlin, Jr. (Jane) and Brenda G. Echols (Tommy); her children, Nola Spradlin, Trae Spradlin and Tracy Barnes; and her siblings, Cindy Benefield (Rick), Nolan Spradlin and Steve Smelcer.
