He is survived by: his mother Joyce Maddox; his brothers, Kenneth Maddox, Stephen Maddox and Lee May; and his friends, Charles, Gay Money, Jamie Gilbert and Teresa Hubbard.
He was an active member of Shady Grove Freewill Baptist Church where he especially enjoyed the parking lot services during the pandemic.
