It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney Lu Mitchell (Adamsville, Alabama), who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Vernon Glass and Fayette Robertson Glass; her stepmother Maureen Glass; and her siblings, Ralph V. Glass II, Linda Glass Williams and Jean Glass Heinze.
She is survived by: her husband Robert R. Mitchell "Bob" of Birmingham, AL; and her children, Vicki Mitchell Garrard, Robert R. Mitchell II (Laurie), David M. Mitchell (Nur), Laurie Mitchell Rich, Wilson (Oren) and Alan K. Mitchell (Anne-Marie). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
