She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis J Cook, Sr. and Effie Louise McReynolds Cook; her husbands, Talmadge Copeland Rickman of Millport, George DeShazo and Andrew Wright; her brothers, Lewis J. Cook Jr. (Virginia) and John Robert "Bobby" Cook (Donna); her son-in-law Pat Parkin; and her grandson Brandon Hall.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Snow (Larry), Sara Caudle (Don) and Cathy Parkin; and her grandchildren, Christy Bosworth (Butch), Kevin Snow, Bradley Hall (Jenn) and Wendi Wilson (Al). She is also survived by great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
