She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burleson and Elizabeth Webb Higginbotham; her son Shane Dingler; and her sisters, Brenda Puffen and Linda Bradshaw.
She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Layfield (Jennie), Kelly Richardson (John), Carrie Dingler (Ray), Kim Kittle (Wesley) and Christopher Dingler; her grandchildren, Dylan, Bailey, Ashley, Logan, Makenzie, Daniel, Brianna and Jasper; her great grandchildren, Aurora and Nash; and her brothers, Ronny Burleson (Debbie) and Michael Burleson (Nancy).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home (2214 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
