He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Vizzinia and Lillie Vizzinia; his daughter Rosemary; and his siblings, Santo, Joe Vizzinia and Theresa Lucia.

He is survived by: his children, Geralyn Humphrey (Lee) and Dr. Anthony M. Vizzinia (Lindy); his grandchildren, Jared Lee Humphrey (Bionca), Nicholas Paul Vizzinia and Kellie Poe (Dallas); his great grandchildren, Ella Blake Poe and Giana Lee Humphrey; and his caregivers, Vickie, Breanna, Theresa, Patti and Brenda.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to St. Vincent De Paul through St. Patricks Catholic Church.
