He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Russell; his father Ruben Russell; his stepfather Elmer Parnell; and his brother-in-law David Haskett. He is survived by: his children, Eric Russell (Maria) and April Kilgo (Buddy); his mother Bobbie Jean Parnell; his siblings, Paul Russell, Phillip Russell (Judy) and Angela Sharpe (Steve); and his grandchildren, Sophia Russell, Alexandra Russell, Jackson Kilgo and Addie Kilgo.
