She is survived by: her parents, David W. Ragsdale (Barbara) and Linda Lowe (Clyde); her children, Brittney Kilgore (James) and Dylan Borden; her grandchildren, Trinity Kilgore and Kasen Kilgore; her siblings, James Lowe and Roxanne Ragsdale; her nephew Josh (Abby); and her niece Julia Allums. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
