He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtle Looney; his siblings, John Douglas Looney and Nancy Looney Snow; his son Keith Douglas Looney; and his grandson Dylan Drinkard.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Stokes Looney; his daughters, Shelly Brown (Darrell) and Sandy Drinkard (Danny); his daughter-in-law Shea Nichols Looney; his sisters, Rita Myrick and Mary Kiker; his grandchildren, Casey, Cody, Colton, Taylor, Josh, Haley and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Levi, Kember, Preston-Grace, Kennedy (Lil Kenny) and Jolie May.
