He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Tinker and Millie Ann Cail; and his daughter-in-law Zandria Tinker. He is survived by: his wife Monica Tinker; his children, Jodarryl Tinker and Kayla Caradine (Jerry); his grandchildren, Justin, Allie and Schylar; and his siblings, Jackie Tinker, Kim Cleveland, Karen Underwood, Jeff Tinker, Katrina Holland and Robert Freeman. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
