He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Spooner and Joseph Farley; and his grandson Charlie Brant. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Farley; his children, Joseph Farley, Jr., Daryl Parker, Timothy LaShum, Yvonne Farley, Jana Farley and Crystal Adkins Farley; his grandchildren, Joseph D. Farley, Jason Jones, Jr., Sean Jones, Brett Jones, Titus Parker, Chloe Parker and Chelsie Stewart; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Stewart, Bentley Jeffers, Benjamin Jones and Charlie Farley; and his siblings, Kenneth Farley, Dena King and Wanda Farley.

A hardworking and giving man until the very end, Joe even selflessly gave the special gift of organ and tissue donation.
